Fixed-frequency PWM • Current Overload Protection mode minimizes RF interference. A SYNC input • Thermal Shutdown allows synchronizing the switching frequency in a • External Compensation range of 500 kHz to 1 MHz. Low-current hysteretic PFM mode reduces quiescent current to 160 µA KEY SPECIFICATIONS (typical).
