The LM46002 SIMPLE SWITCHER® regulator is an

27 µA Quiescent Current in Regulation
easy
to
use
synchronous
step-down
DC-DC
High Efficiency at Light Load (DCM and PFM)
converter capable of driving up to 2 A of load current
Meets EN55022/CISPR 22 EMI standards
from an input voltage ranging from 3.5 V to 60 V. The
LM46002
provides
exceptional
efficiency,
output
Integrated Synchronous Rectification
accuracy and drop-out voltage in a very small
Adjustable Frequency Range: 200 kHz to 2.2 MHz
solution size. An extended family is available in
(500 kHz default)
various load current options and 36 V maximum input
Frequency Synchronization to External Clock
voltage in pin-to-pin compatible packages, including
LM46001, LM46000, LM43603, LM43602, LM43601
Internal Compensation
and
LM43600.
Peak
current
mode
control
is
Stable with Almost Any Combination of Ceramic,
employed
to
achieve
simple
control
loop
Polymer, Tantalum, and Aluminum Capacitors
compensation and cycle-by-cycle current limiting.
Power-Good Flag
Optional features such as programmable switching
frequency,

power-good

Soft-Start into Pre-Biased Load
precision enable, internal soft-start, extendable soft-
Internal Soft-Start: 4.1 ms

Over Temperature Thermal Shutdown Protection
Protection features include thermal shutdown, VCC
under-voltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limit,
